Ginza Bunmeido Higashi Ginza Store

"Neo-classical Japanese" was the design concept for the renewal of the traditional castella (Japanese sponge cake) manufacturer, "GINZA BUNMEIDO" flagship shop.
We realized a fresh, Japanese space by allocating contemporary-arranged traditional Japanese material, such as the plaster emblem that solemnly expresses the art of the artisan, within the tranquil black interior.
