-Creative Meets-
The Tanseisha Space Awards are a place where new talent meets professionals who create spaces that will brighten up the city.
This is a collaborative field where we think together about that potential and what future spaces will look like.
This is the second year since it was reborn as the "Kukan Awards".
This is the fifth year for this idea contest.
Every year, applicants from diverse backgrounds give shape to their ideas and passion,
They have presented us with "spatial possibilities" that went beyond our imagination.
In an ever-changing society, the perspective required for creating spaces is also evolving.
This award gathers ideas that transcend the boundaries of industries and roles.
We welcome everyone who is challenging themselves to redefine the future of "place."
This year, the judges involved in space from a variety of perspectives will be taking part.
Commercial facility operators, store operators such as retailers and restaurants, designers, and planners.
From the perspective of professionals in all walks of life who are involved in "creating modern spaces,"
Your designs, ideas, and possibilities will be evaluated from multiple angles.
The evaluation will depend on the judge's position.
For this reason, we will be offering many special awards and prizes to shine a light on even more individuality and potential.
We hope that this award will be a turning point for you and your career.
Towards the "future" that is an extension of the "present". I am looking forward to seeing new forms of space again this year.
A relaxing space that will help you forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
An inspiring space that is bubbling with energy.
A space where you can fully immerse yourself in a unique world view.
A space where people can gather and share the same thoughts.
A space that is not only beautiful but also functional and serves its purpose smartly.
Everyone has their own reasons for wanting to return to a certain space.
How do you create a "I want to go again" feeling in people's minds?
Your "I want to go again!" and "I want you to come again!"
We look forward to welcoming you to a space filled with your dreams.

A design that is both stylish and efficient
Does it fit with modern lifestyles?
The attitude of capturing the value of the world with one's own eyes and communicating it
In this ever-changing environment, Commercial Spaces design is evolving from a service that provides functional, beautiful and well-organized spaces to a creative tool for solving problems, and is now moving into a new phase. Please take a proactive approach to the theme and propose a "real place of commerce" that connects with end users, without being limited by existing commercial facilities and stores.
