Tanseisha Space Award with ROYAL
For the past five years, the "Tanseisha Space Awards" have solicited ideas related to space and experiences, focusing on social issues and industry trends common to many companies. Every year, we receive numerous applications, mainly from students and working professionals, and we have built a track record as a platform for discovering new values and ideas from diverse perspectives.
And starting this year, this award will evolve even further.
This is an evolution into a "co-creation award" that solves the real challenges faced by client companies through the power of ideas.
Through repeated dialogue between Tanseisha and our client companies, we aim to identify themes and integrate diverse ideas from outside the company, including students, working professionals, and experts, to help solve the challenges they face.
As the first step in this initiative, we welcomed Royal Holdings, a company that is seriously committed to the ideal approach to "food" and "hospitality."
By combining your diverse perspectives with the real challenges our company faces for its next growth, we will uncover innovative approaches and concrete solutions that will pave the way for the future.
We welcome passionate ideas that will lead to new forms of space and service experiences in the future.

The Royal Group faces various social challenges, including labor shortages, rising material costs, and diversifying consumer needs. Please submit proposals targeting the following three brands: Royal Host, Shakey's, and Sizzler.

Beyond the above, please propose ideas for spaces that you would want to bring others to, as well as the mechanisms, services, and communication methods that create such experiences.

Please create a proposal aligned with the theme in presentation sheet format.
