Recommended HANA KITCHO
"KITCHO" has been in Japanese haute cuisine business for more than 80 years. We worked on the re-branding project of "HANA KITCHO" with Kunio Tokuoka, third generation owner of Kyoto KITCHO, who not only inherits the tradition of Teiichi Yuki, founder of KITCHO, but outfaces the creative innovation.
"Modern Rimpa (major historical school of Japanese painting)" was the design concept. We have realized a space audaciously transformed, though inheriting the principles of foundation, through collaboration with Eriko Horiki (Washi artist), Syuhei Hasado (plasterer) and Kenji Kobayashi (Bonsai artist).
