We would like to thank everyone who visited our event, "Panel Exhibition Introducing the Model Locations of the Comic 'Laid-Back Camp'" (held March 8th - May 6th, 2019 at the Mount Fuji Radar Dome Museum).
We received a report that the original goods sold at the event were being sold at other venues, and upon checking, we discovered that event-limited goods were mistakenly being sold. Furthermore, we should have clearly indicated the limited-edition goods when announcing the event and during the event, but we did not provide an appropriate explanation. We sincerely apologize to our customers and other related parties for betraying their trust.
Going forward, we will work hard to improve our product display, notification, and sales methods, and to prevent recurrence and restore trust.
*Of our original goods, the following three items are event-exclusive goods that use the key visual (a design featuring the six characters). Sales have already been discontinued.
