Participating in "Telework Days" ~ Telework Promotion Month until September 6th

  • Notice

Tanseisha supports the purpose of "Telework Days," an initiative being implemented in collaboration with relevant government ministries and agencies, economic organizations, and local governments in the Tokyo metropolitan area. Tanseisha has designated the period up to Friday, September 6th as "Telework Promotion Month" and will participate in "Telework Days."

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, Trade and Industry, Trade Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, Transport and Tourism, the Cabinet Secretariat, and the Cabinet Office are working with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and related organizations to develop a national movement for work style reform. Two years ago, July 24th, the opening ceremony of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, was designated as "Telework Day," and last year, July 23rd to July 27th were designated as "Telework Days," calling for the simultaneous implementation of teleworking nationwide. Our company also supports this socially significant initiative, and will continue to participate in it as we did in the past and the past.

Under the slogan "Let's design a work-life balance," we are working to create a workplace where diverse human resources can work comfortably and demonstrate their abilities. In July of last year, we expanded the scope of the "telework system," which allows employees to freely choose where they work, to all employees. We are also working on initiatives such as a "shift work system" that allows employees to change their starting time on a daily basis, improving systems to increase the rate of employees taking childcare leave, shortening working hours for employees who are raising children, and encouraging employees to take annual paid leave.
In addition to implementing a free address system at the head office and each branch office, we are also improving our office and IT environment by utilizing co-working spaces, providing iPhones to all employees, and providing PCs suited to their working style.

We view our participation in Telework Days as an opportunity to further our work style transformation efforts, and we aim to be a company where each employee can thrive while balancing their work and life as autonomous professionals.
