Tanseisha's service "B-OWND" is a platform created to support artists' creative activities by utilizing technologies such as the internet and blockchain, as well as space. Crafts that exist throughout Japan are based on natural materials and traditions unique to the region. The sustainability of crafts in the region is also effective for the sustainability of the region's industry and environment. Through an online market that disseminates and sells Japanese art and craft works, we propose increasing the value of spaces by utilizing artist networks and technology, and aim to realize sustainable regional development through art.
Starting in 2023, we will open a permanent store, "B-OWND Gallery," at Hankyu Men's Tokyo, where we will exhibit and sell craft works from all over Japan, thereby widely disseminating the appeal of the works.

Supporting the women's rugby team "PEARLS" and former athlete employees

community

Since April 2015, our company has welcomed two female rugby players as employees, providing them with an environment in which they can balance work and sports as one form of diverse working styles, and supporting them throughout the company. Even after the players retired from active competition, we continue to support the women's rugby team "PEARLS" that they belonged to as a family sponsor company, and are working to contribute to society through sports.

In addition, to support our athlete employees who are looking to build a second career, we supported them in obtaining qualifications as an acupuncturist and masseuse while they were still employed at our company. After they became independent, we outsourced their in-house massage services to them as part of our employee benefits, providing a place for activities that help promote the well-being of employees working in the office.
