Information on the "Human Development Project Exhibition 2019 Before and After"
What is the Human Resource Development Project?
This is an original practical training program that we have been conducting since 2005 as part of our new employee education. For about 100 days, from the time of basic training immediately after joining the company until assignment, all new employees are divided into groups of several people and aim to complete a product. Through sincere interactions with collaborators such as leading designers and first-class craftsmen, new employees experience "what is important in progressing with work." In work that creates something new, it is important to utilize and link the ideas and abilities of diverse human resources to create value. The purpose of this project is not manufacturing itself. It is a program to learn the most important "etiquette" in working, which is "building relationships between people and drawing out each other's abilities to the fullest."
