In response to the spread of the COVID-19 virus, Tanseisha has decided to take measures to ensure the safety of employees of the company and its group companies.
As a top priority, we are taking the following measures:
Treatment of employees
・If the employee or a family member living with them has been to China since January 15, 2020,
Prohibited from working at the workplace for 14 days after entering Japan (teleworking is permitted)
・Hand washing and wearing masks are encouraged, and alcohol-based disinfectant and other equipment is provided.
・If you suspect you may be infected, consult with the "Returnees and Contact Consultation Center"
・If you or any of your family members living with you are confirmed to be infected, report it to your company.
・Utilizing the "telework system"
・To avoid traffic congestion, we will use the "shift work system" that allows employees to change their starting time each day.
Response at the construction site
・Encourage hand washing and wearing of masks, and provide soap and alcohol-based disinfectant wherever possible
・Install non-contact thermometers on-site wherever possible and create an environment where employees can take their temperature when they arrive at work.
・If construction workers are suspected of being infected, consult with the "Returnees and Contact Consultation Center"
・If an infection is confirmed among construction workers, report it to the company, business owner, and other relevant companies.
Our company will continue to prioritize preventing infection both inside and outside the company and ensuring the safety of our employees and all those involved with the company.
We will work closely with our group companies to take the necessary measures.
When participating in exhibitions or holding information sessions hosted by our company, we will take necessary infection prevention measures.
We will continue to update you as changes occur depending on the future situation.
