This year marks the 10th anniversary of this exhibition, and it will convey Tanseisha's approach and commitment to human resource development through products created together with leading designers and craftsmen as part of the "Product Production" program, the core program of the "Human Resource Development Project," which is undertaken as part of the training for new employees.

This year, due to the spread of COVID-19, new employees began receiving training one week after the induction ceremony while working from home under the telework system. Many steps in product production were also carried out remotely. By utilizing IT tools, we were able to communicate effectively while taking into consideration the prevention of infection both inside and outside the company, and complete the product production.
Regarding this exhibition, in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we ask that you refrain from visiting our office without making an appointment to view the exhibits.
Training using online conference tools
At the internal results presentation (held on July 15th), the company will report what it has learned to executives. Where real-life experiences were important, they were conducted face-to-face while taking measures to prevent infection.
What is the Human Resource Development Project?
The human resource development project is comprised of three pillars: "introduction training" to get to know Tanseisha, "product production" to put manufacturing into practice, and "technical education" to learn the basic knowledge necessary for business promotion. This is an original practical training for new recruits, with the aim of experiencing various difficulties through actual manufacturing, acquiring basic knowledge according to the characteristics of the work, and preparing for practical work after being assigned.
In "Product Production," the core program of this project, new employees will experience through role-playing difficult situations similar to those encountered in real-life situations, such as consensus building, building relationships with stakeholders, and managing quality, costs, and delivery dates. By overcoming these challenges on their own and following through to the completion of the product, they will gain their first experience of success.
