Tanseisha will participate as a member of the executive committee in the online event "Universal Camp TOKYO 2021 ONLINE," which will be held from Friday, September 3rd to Saturday, September 4th, 2021.
This event is being held by companies active in the Shibaura Konan area in collaboration with people living in MINATO CITY and the local area, with the aim of realizing a society where everyone can live vibrantly together, regardless of age or disability, and will send a message to society at large.
The event will feature a program where people with diverse characteristics can talk about their experiences and thoughts and interact online. In addition, Kazue Ishihata President and Chief Executive Ofcer Tansei Humannet Co., Ltd., a member of the Tanseisha Group, will be speaking at a talk event titled "Diversity Management Conference."
We have been participating and supporting the "Universal Camp in Hachijojima" organized by the Universal Event Association since its inception in 2005. "Universal Camp in Hachijojima" is an exchange event that brings together various participants based on the ideas of normalization and diversity (accepting diversity). Utilizing that know-how and network, we have been expanding "Universal Camp TOKYO" in the city center since 2017.
"Universal Camp Tokyo" is a collaboration between the local government and companies based in the Shibaura Konan area, and as part of its social contribution activities in the region, it has provided an opportunity for diverse people to gather, interact, and understand each other under the theme of "Understanding diversity in the community and realizing a symbiotic society." Last year, the event was postponed due to the spread of COVID-19, but this year it will be held as an online event in a streaming format that is easy for everyone to access and can participate from anywhere.
As awareness of understanding diversity and realizing a symbiotic society has been fostered, this event has evolved into an online event that allows more people to participate, and we will use this experience and knowledge gained from hosting events to further our space creation business. Tanseisha will contribute to understanding diversity and realizing a symbiotic society by creating inclusive spaces that are considerate of a variety of users, including people with disabilities and the elderly.
We look forward to your participation.
