Tanseisha will be exhibiting at the 6th JAPAN BUILD - An Exhibition of Cutting-Edge Construction Technology, to be held at Tokyo Big Sight (Koto-ku, Tokyo) from Monday, December 6th to Wednesday, December 8th, and will be speaking at a seminar held within the event.

The 6th Japan Build - Advanced Technology Exhibition for Architecture - is a comprehensive architecture exhibition for all types of architecture, including homes, buildings, and commercial and public facilities. Building materials, housing equipment, building management and operation systems, renovation technology, AI (artificial intelligence) and IoT-related technologies, real estate tech, construction digital transformation, and more will be exhibited from all over the world, and the exhibition will attract experts in the fields of development, design, construction, management, and operation in the architecture industry.

At our booth at the "High Performance Building Materials and Housing Equipment EXPO," one of the seven exhibitions that make up Japan Build, we will be introducing "4earth," a discontinued product select shop that we have launched as a new business.
"4earth" is an e-commerce site specializing in discontinued products, such as building materials, lighting fixtures, and decorative materials, which were discontinued due to technological advances and changing trends, and was launched with the aim of making effective use of such discontinued products. Our company, which has been involved in creating spaces in a variety of fields, cooperates with various manufacturers to select and consolidate discontinued products from the perspective of spatial design, thereby putting them back into the commercial flow and encouraging their widespread use.
Through this initiative, we hope to contribute to curbing industrial waste generation and reducing CO2 emissions, which are issues in our core business of space creation, and to contributing to the achievement of the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) by 2030 and the realization of a carbon-free society by 2050.

In addition, our employees will be speaking at the seminar on the topics outlined below.
We look forward to your participation.
