Co-hosting a webinar, "Unique Collaborative Creation for an Inclusive Society"

Tanseisha will be hosting a webinar together with TOA Corporation on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, entitled "Unique Collaboration to Realize an Inclusive Society: What Can Art, Sound, and Space Do?"

In this webinar, we will welcome Takaya Matsuda, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Yuta Izumi, Account Manager, from Heralbony Co., Ltd., which operates under the mission of "Unleash your unique brilliance" and primarily promotes the art of artists with intellectual disabilities across various fields. Together with Yuhei Takemoto from TOA Corporation's Next Business Promotion Office and Tetsuya Kudo from our Corporate Planning Department, we will discuss co-creation and initiatives toward realizing an inclusive society from the different perspectives of art, sound, and space.

Speakers
Mr. Takaya Matsuda

Kaoru Koyama President and Chief Executive Officer of Heralbony Inc., worked as a planner at Orange & Partners, a planning company led by Koyama, before becoming independent. He co-founded Heralbony with his twin brother, Fumito Matsuda, using the mysterious word "Heralbony" that his older brother, Shota, had written down in elementary school as the company name. With the mission of "Unleash your unique brilliance," they are challenging themselves to update the welfare field through a welfare experiment unit. He oversees the creative aspects of Heralbony. He lives in Tokyo. He is the younger of twins. He was a recipient of the "Forbes 30 UNDER 30 JAPAN" award, recognizing 30 people under 30 who are changing Japan.

Mr. Yuta Izumi

Account Manager, Heralbony Inc.
He is currently in his current position after working in sales and real estate brokerage at the housing manufacturer Sekisui House. He achieved the highest sales performance in the Tohoku Iwate Prefecture. He joined HERALBONY because his mother had experience working in the welfare industry. He oversees the All Japan Temporary Fence Art Museum. He is a former soccer player for the Japan national youth team.

Mr. Yuhei Takemoto

TOA Corporation Next Business Promotion Office
Joined TOA Corporation in 2013. In collaboration with a telecommunications company in the Kansai area, he was involved in the delivery of a "security camera system that utilizes IoT to protect the safety of the city." In 2020, he was transferred to Tokyo and was in charge of commercialization and promotion through activities such as point0 as a new business promotion manager, with a focus on the "power of sound to inform."

Tetsuya Kudo

Corporate Planning Division, Corporate Planning Department,
Joined TANSEISHA Co., Ltd. in 2005. After working in sales, sales planning, and design planning for cultural facilities, he is currently in charge of business planning, marketing, CSR, etc. in the corporate planning department. He is also involved in activities to promote understanding of diversity and universal design.
