Our response to COVID-19

  • Notice

In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, Tanseisha has been following instructions and requests from the government and local authorities and has continued its business activities while taking thorough infection prevention measures to prevent infection and reduce the risk of infection spreading both inside and outside the company.

In response to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare announcing its policy on wearing masks from March 13, 2023 onwards, we have decided to review part of our current response policy.

As of March 13, 2023, our response policy is as follows.

Response Policy

  • ・All employees will be required to make their own decisions regarding whether or not to wear a mask. We will respect the diversity and autonomy of our employees while taking appropriate measures to prevent the spread of infection depending on the situation.
  • - We will thoroughly implement basic infection prevention measures such as encouraging hand disinfection, and will also encourage employees to come to the office and communicate face-to-face with customers and partners.
  • ・Based on our experience and knowledge, we will flexibly utilize teleworking and online communication.

In exploring new ways of working and the next-generation office that will support them, we have established the option of a "distributed network" workplace, as well as various tools and IT environments that promote location-free working styles. We will continue to think about future forms of work style and communication and put them into practice ourselves.

Furthermore, we will use the knowledge and insight we gain from this experience to provide solutions to social issues together with our customers and partners.

We would like to ask all concerned parties for your understanding and cooperation.
