We will advance efforts to reform working styles and regulate upper limits on overtime work.

  • Notice

In preparation for its 100th anniversary, Tanseisha has established "Our Future Vision 2046," and is working on work style reform to realize a "people-centered organization and work style."

In response to the Work Style Reform Act and amendments to the Labor Standards Act that will impose upper limits on overtime work from February 2025, our company has set "the correction of long working hours and the realization of appropriate working hours" as one of the non-financial goals in our current medium-term management plan. We are therefore continuously taking the following initiatives to realize happiness at work.

[Details of the initiative]

・Introduction of flextime system (from October 2024)
・Dress code free policy (from June 2024)
・Establish a policy regarding office work (coming to the office)
・Development of distributed network offices and start of use of satellite offices and shared offices
・Establishment of the Work Style Reform Promotion Committee
・Telework system introduced
・Encouragement of taking vacation time
・Encouragement to leave early and go straight home

In addition to these initiatives, we are taking a step further in our efforts to realize a "people-centric organization and work style" by further raising awareness within the company, providing training, etc., and adhering to the following rules and etiquette.
