Rikuzentakata-City Museum, for which we helped create the space, won the top prize, "Best of the Best," in the "Brands & Communication Design" category of the Red Dot Design Award 2024.
The Red Dot Design Award is an internationally renowned design award established in 1955 and organized by Germany's Design Center Nordrhein Westfalen. It consists of three categories: product design, communication design, and design concept.
The award-winning "Rikuzentakata-City Museum" received high acclaim following the "KUKAN DESIGN AWARD 2023" KUKAN OF THE YEAR RUNNER-UP (Runner-up Grand Prix)/Museum, Cultural Spaces Category Gold Prize, the "42nd Display Industry Award (2023)" Display Industry Excellence Award (Trade and Industry Minister's Secretariat Commerce and Service Councilor Award), "57th Japan Sign Design Award" Honorable Mention, "2023 Good Design Award" and "iF DESIGN AWARD 2023" followed by high acclaim.
