We support the "Asahi Zero for Working People" project.

Tanseisha has set the non-financial goal of its medium-term management plan (fiscal year ending January 2025 to fiscal year ending January 2027) as "Happiness at work: Employees feel motivated and enjoy their work, and work enthusiastically." To this end, the company is strengthening its efforts to "improve happiness at work," including measures to combat long working hours.

As part of this initiative, we support the purpose of the "Asahi Zero For You Who Work" project launched by Asahi Breweries, and will work with Asahi Breweries as a supporting company in the Asahi Zero Project.
In the future, we plan to implement measures that will promote the idea of "work beer balance," which allows people to enjoy a good balance between work and beer.

Based on the recognition in our Personnel Policy that "employee health is the foundation for the expression of creativity and healthy growth," we will continue to create a comfortable working environment that takes into consideration the health and safety of our employees.

Overview of the "Asahi Zero for Working People" Project

Asahi ZERO, known for its "beer so delicious that even beer lovers will be amazed," has launched a co-creation project with a company to approach health and productivity management with a new action: "solving the health and social issues of beer-loving business people through the delicious taste of non-alcoholic beer."
