Kazue Ishihata, Director of Value Production Headquarters, will be speaking at the seminar for the "TEAMUS DAY 2025" event to be held at the Shinagawa office of KOKUYO Co., Ltd. on Friday, May 16, 2025.
"TEAMUS DAY 2025" will be held in the form of a dialogue, offering hints on how to create an organization that will continue to produce results in the future, including how to create an organization that can produce results, linking human resources strategies with management strategies, and developing leaders, which many companies see as a challenge.
Starting at 4:00 p.m., we will hold a seminar titled "The Future of Organizations, Mapped Out Through Human Resource Strategies Linked to Management Strategies," in which we will explore the link between management and human resources strategies, and the realizations and challenges that have emerged while drawing a concrete roadmap from strategy. This is a noteworthy session where you can hear hints linked to future organizational development from a management and human resources perspective.

Profile of our speakers
Kazue Ishihata
Born in Kagoshima Prefecture. Joined TANSEISHA Co., Ltd. in 1991. Gained experience in production roles. After becoming the first employee at Tanseisha to take maternity and childcare leave, she returned to work in a planning role. In 2005, she launched Tanseisha's original practical new employee training program, the "Human Resource Development Project," which continues to this day. In 2019, she became Director Tansei Humanet Co., Ltd., and in 2020, she became President and Chief Executive Officer. From February 2024, she will serve as the head of the Corporate Planning Department at Tanseisha. From February 2025, she will become the director of Value Production Headquarters.
