Notice of change in payment terms for business fees

We will be changing the payment terms for business partners as follows:

On January 15, 2024, we announced our partnership building declaration, aiming to build collaboration and mutual prosperity with our supply chain business partners and business operators striving to create value. By adopting full cash payment terms, we will comply with the "promotion standards" based on the Subcontracting Small and Medium Enterprise Promotion Act and further strengthen our partnership building with our business partners.

What's changed

We will discontinue payment by promissory note, electronic settlement service, and factoring, and will instead require full payment in cash.
* There will be no changes to the closing date or payment date. Only the payment terms will be changed.

Change date

From the payment date of September 10, 2025 (August inspection)
* Regardless of the payment terms at the time of ordering, we will change the full amount to cash payment.

Change procedure

No action is required from business partners regarding this change in payment terms.
