We would like to extend our best wishes for the New Year.
The year 2026 is a special year, marking the 80th anniversary of Tanseisha's founding in October 1946. We will be positioning this year as our anniversary year and will be carrying out a variety of activities.
As the first step, we have created a commemorative logo and slogan to symbolize our anniversary. The logo represents our 80 years of history and, inspired by one of our values, "Combining colorful personalities," expresses the diverse "layering of individuality" of each of us. The slogan, "Layering Colors," also expresses our determination to continue challenging ourselves to create spaces that move people's hearts, with the same unwavering attitude, and to paint a future filled with color together with all our stakeholders.
This year, we will actively utilize this commemorative logo and slogan to rediscover the shining individuality of each and every employee of the Tanseisha Group, and by connecting and expanding these, we hope to lead to the creation of new things and ideas that we can send out powerful messages into the future.
In addition, the final three-year year of our current medium-term management plan begins in February. We will carefully review our achievements and challenges, confirm our current situation, and then work to enhance our execution capabilities in order to achieve our goals for the final year.
Together with our customers and partners, we will continue to contribute to the realization of a brighter and more hopeful society in 2026.
