Tanseisha has been selected for the first time as a constituent stock of the FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Index, a global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) index.
Furthermore, we were selected for the first time for the FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index (then called the FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index) in June 2025, and will continue to be a constituent stock in the December 2025 review.
1. About the FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Index
The FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Index was created by global index provider FTSE Russell and is designed to measure the performance of companies that demonstrate specific environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices. The FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Index is widely used in the creation and evaluation of sustainable investment funds and other financial products. FTSE Russell's evaluation covers areas such as corporate governance, health and safety, anti-corruption and climate change, and companies included in the FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Index meet a variety of environmental, social and governance criteria.
2. About the FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index
The FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index, created by global index provider FTSE Russell, is a sector-neutral index that reflects the performance of Japanese companies that are taking specific environmental, social and governance (ESG) measures relative to their respective sectors. To promote the transition to a low-carbon economy, the index only includes companies with particularly high greenhouse gas emissions that are recognized for their efforts to improve, as measured by the TPI Management Quality Score.
