Design Center Junichi Takahashi of the Store Design Department will be speaking at the exhibition "Material Caravan Tokyo - Serious efforts to promote circular and low-carbon building materials: CLCS Project" (hosted by Material Bank) to be held on April 16 (Thu.) and 17 (Fri.), 2026, at the Tokyo Head Office of Takenaka Corporation.
At this event, 43 building material brands participating in the "Circular and Low-Carbon Building Material Utilization System Co-creation Project," launched by Takenaka Corporation and Material Bank, will gather to showcase cutting-edge Environmental Consideration building materials.
Our company will be speaking at the lecture "Practical Circular Space Creation - Two Approaches: Expression and Mechanism" on Friday, April 17th, starting at 1:30 PM. We will be engaging in a dialogue-style exchange of ideas about the future of architecture and spatial design.
Now that Environmental Consideration are shifting from an "option" to a "prerequisite," this is a great opportunity to quickly catch up on that change.
We look forward to your visit.

Leveraging experience primarily in creating spaces for large-scale mixed-use commercial facilities such as shopping centers, train stations, airports, and urban redevelopment projects, he works across a wide range of fields from the development stage to the rebranding of spaces for restaurants and entertainment facilities. Always mindful of creating "commercial spaces that improve the city," he works closely with clients from start to finish, collaborating to create the final product. Furthermore, having established a BIM (Building Information Modeling) promotion department, I actively engage in next-generation design methods through practical DX (Digital Transformation) and BIM implementation.
