On Saturday, September 5, 2026, at the Tokyo Metropolitan Teien Art Museum (Minato MINATO CITY Tokyo), Tanseisha Group will be participating in a talk session as part of the collaborative project between "Working Women's Square," a comprehensive hub supporting working women, and the Tokyo Metropolitan Teien Art Museum, titled "BEHIND THE MUSEUM: Expanding My Possibilities at the Teien Art Museum." Tansei Display Co., Ltd. Yuka Takahashi from the Cultural Events Department of the Promotion and Management Division will be taking the stage.

Museums are supported by a variety of jobs, including construction and transportation. This event will showcase the appeal of diverse jobs and careers through cross-talks by these women and behind-the-scenes glimpses of exhibitions.

Relay Talk: "How is an exhibition created?"
Curators, construction managers, and transportation/exhibition staff involved in the special exhibitions held at the Tokyo Metropolitan Teien Art Museum will share their perspectives on the behind-the-scenes aspects of exhibition creation and the appeal of the diverse jobs that support the museum.
Exhibition setup demonstration & hands-on experience
Assuming the setup of an art exhibition, each person in charge will demonstrate the process from start to finish.
Participants will also have the opportunity to experience displaying their artwork and attaching captions (limited number of participants).
