The Tanseisha Group has established the following "DE&I Policy" as part of its efforts to develop a foundation for sustainability.
Tanseisha Group DE&I Policy
Under the purpose of "Envisioning the future from space, and adding color to people and society," the Tanseisha Group continues to challenge itself to create spaces that move people's hearts.
In an increasingly diverse society, in order to create spaces and experiences that exceed people's expectations, it is essential that we ourselves possess multifaceted perspectives and sensibilities, and that we are an organization that respects one another.
We consider promoting "DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion)," which enables all individuals with diverse personalities to maximize their potential in a psychologically safe environment, as one of our key management challenges for sustainable corporate value enhancement.
-
1. The DE&I approach within the Tanseisha Group
We understand DE&I as follows, and we aim to achieve it.
-
Diversity is
We respect diverse characteristics and differences, including gender, age, nationality, disability status, gender identity, sexual orientation, values, and life stage. We recognize that new ideas and creativity born from the seamless combination of diverse personalities are the source of value creation. -
Equity is
We believe that by understanding each individual's unique circumstances and barriers, and providing reasonable accommodations and flexible work arrangements tailored to each person's needs, we can create a situation where everyone has equal access to opportunities and resources to take on challenges. -
Inclusion is a concept of inclusion.
Through constructive dialogue, we aim to create a psychologically safe workplace environment where each employee can work authentically and with peace of mind, thereby building an organization where every individual can thrive. -
2. Action Guidelines for Promoting DE&I
We will act in accordance with the following guidelines:
- ① Pursuing a fair environment through dialogue and innovation
We listen to each employee's voice through dialogue and strive for continuous improvement of the work environment, including improvements to various systems. At the same time, we pursue an environment where diverse talents can thrive by promoting innovation in work styles through the use of technology and the redesign of job roles. - ② Contributing to an inclusive society through our business activities
In creating the spaces we provide, we actively incorporate the perspectives of various end-users from the initial stages, pursuing and delivering universal and inclusive spaces and experiences to society. - ③ Collaboration and co-creation with stakeholders
We actively collaborate with business partners, specialized organizations, various groups, and local communities to contribute to the promotion of DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) across society as a whole.
