Tanseisha, together with DENTSU INC. (headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo President and Chief Executive Ofcer: Takagi Masahiko), Nomura Co., Ltd. (headquarters: MINATO CITY, Tokyo President and Chief Executive Ofcer: Okumoto Kiyotaka), Hakuhodo Products Inc. (headquarters: Koto-ku, Tokyo; President and Chief Executive Ofcer: Kishi Naohiko), and Murayama Inc. (headquarters: Koto-ku, Tokyo; President and Chief Executive Ofcer: Saiki Torumada), have launched the Sustainable Events Council to promote sustainability in the event industry and improve literacy throughout the industry.
All companies are expected to make a significant contribution to the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030. The 2025 Osaka-Kansai Expo will also have the theme of "Contributing to the Achievement of the SDGs," and in the event industry, all event-related parties, including organizers, production companies, and production companies, are being asked to adopt a sustainability perspective.
In light of this situation, five companies with event space production departments have joined hands to launch the Sustainable Events Council. By strengthening their collaboration, they aim to promote sustainability and improve literacy throughout the event industry, and will work to translate this into concrete actions.

As the first step in this initiative, we will develop a booth called the "Sustainable Event Studio" at Out of KidZania at JAPAN MOBILITY SHOW 2023, where children can have fun learning about the importance of sustainability in event management and production.
Here, children can experience becoming "event designers" and creating booths for mobility shows. By freely combining sustainable materials to create models, they learn about environmentally friendly event design methods.
By promoting the importance of sustainability considerations at events to not only the children who will lead the future, but also to parents who are highly interested in sustainability, we aim to improve the literacy of the general public who attend the event.
Tanseisha and the Sustainable Events Council will continue to contribute to promoting sustainability throughout the industry.
