In the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks official goods store "HAWKS STORE HOME" store, Tanseisha will combine data analysis and design on space provided by Tanseisha to analyze user trends using FAC+®, a service that maximizes space value, and verify measures to achieve optimal store management. This verification will be conducted in cooperation with Fukuoka Softbank Hawks (Headquarters: Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture / President and Chief Executive Ofcer CEO: Yoshimitsu Goto) and Fanatics Japan G.K. (Headquarters: MINATO CITY, Tokyo / Managing Director: Masanori Kawana).

In this trial, cameras installed inside "HAWKS STORE HOME" will collect information over a fixed period of time, such as the length of time customers spend in each area and the status of cash register queues. The aim is to quantitatively grasp the challenges that arise from the unique characteristics of stadium shops, such as congestion immediately before a match, based on user trend data, and to propose and verify the effectiveness of measures to address these issues, thereby improving customer satisfaction and store sales.

Tanseisha will continue to support business operators in solving their problems and further improving the experience value of end users by promoting the creation of spaces that maximize value in accordance with the characteristics of various facilities.

Validation Overview

At HAWKS STORE HOME, there were concerns that customers might hesitate to make a purchase when they saw the queues at the register and how crowded the store was before the match, which could lead to missed sales.

Therefore, in order to eliminate lost sales opportunities due to crowding and optimize product layout, web cameras will be installed in stores during the regular season to collect data such as customer attributes, time spent in specific areas, and crowded areas, and this data will be analyzed from multiple perspectives.

By visualizing the issues and realities faced by stores and implementing improvement measures such as optimizing cash registers at busy times and VMD (visual merchandising) to stimulate in-store movement, we aim to solve issues tailored to the characteristics of the facility through spatial creation.

2. Short-term data acquisition that can be used from one day
Data acquisition is available for rental cameras from as little as one day. This service is not subject to restrictions such as one-year usage contracts, so you can acquire data for as long as you need it, whenever you need it.
*Even if you use the service for a long period of time, the usage fee will be based on the number of operating days.
