Tanseisha has been selected by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism as an "individual consultation partner" for the "2024 PPP Agreement Partner," which promotes and raises awareness of PPP/PFI (※). This is the first time that our company has been selected as a "PPP Agreement Partner."
A "PPP Agreement" is an agreement that Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and Tourism concludes with private businesses to promote PPP/PFI in local governments, and as a "PPP Agreement Partner," the business that concludes the agreement will promote and raise awareness of PPP/PFI by holding seminars, providing individual consultations, and providing a database. As an "individual consultation partner," Tanseisha will provide consultation services regarding PPP/PFI to local government employees and local companies.
Tanseisha has been involved in various PPP/PFI projects, including the Shiga Prefectural Lake Biwa Cultural Center Development Project (SPC represented by Tanseisha: Lake Biwa C&S Co., Ltd.), the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force Kure Historical Museum Maintenance, Management and Operation Project (SPC represented by Tanseisha: Kure TNH Co., Ltd.), and the Tottori Prefectural Museum of Art Development and Operation Project (SPC in which Tanseisha participates as a member: Tottori Museum of Art Partners Co., Ltd.), and has accumulated a wide range of knowledge and know-how while deepening ties with the local community. Going forward, we will continue to promote rich exchanges between people, revitalize industry and economic activity, and contribute to the development of the local community and society through the creation, dissemination and inheritance of diverse and rich culture.

PFI (Private Finance Initiative): A method of utilizing private funds, management capabilities, and technical skills to construct, maintain, and operate public facilities.
