Ltd. (headquartered in Kyoto, Japan; Kyoto City, President and Chief Executive Ofcer: Yoshiaki Sawabe, hereinafter "OneToten") in conjunction with a financing round (Series B), and at the same time, Tanseisha will conclude a business alliance agreement to strengthen cooperation between the two companies.
Background and aims of the capital and business alliance
After the recent "digitalization of media (2D)," the "digitalization of space (3D)" is now starting to happen, and a near future is coming in which various spaces will link with next-generation smart devices to provide information support to us. Creating new spaces in this era of spatial computing requires not only Design, Layout, and production of real physical spaces and information spaces such as communication tools and metaverses that utilize digital technology, but also the design of experiences that go back and forth between the two in line with the purpose and aim, and the expressiveness and technical capabilities to embody the mechanisms and mechanisms to maximize the value of the experience. We position the solution of these issues as "Spatial DX" solutions, and will combine the expressiveness, technical capabilities, and experience design know-how of physical spaces that Tanseisha has cultivated so far with the know-how of creating one-to-ten information spaces and experience design based on XR/AI technology at a high level, and will create new spatial value by comprehensively solving the challenges of creating spaces in the new era, beyond the boundaries of physics and information.

Specific Initiatives
- ・Spatial DX solution contract business
Utilizing Tanseisha's spatial creation technology and know-how and One to Ten's XR/AI technology and know-how, we plan, design, construct, create content, and build systems for a series of experiential spaces that combine physical and digital spaces. - ・Research, development and prototyping of new spatial digital transformation services
Research and development into new spatial creation required in the age of spatial computing, and prototyping of solutions - ・Consulting on space revitalization using spatial DX methods
Utilizing our unique method of "Spatial DX" solutions, we provide strategies, planning, and consulting for spatial utilization that transcends the boundaries between physical and informational spaces.
Comment from Osamu Kobayashi President and Chief Executive Ofcer of Tanseisha

The evolution of technology in recent years shows no sign of stopping. In the field of spatial creation, the full-scale implementation of various technologies has expanded the appeal of space online, creating richer experiences than ever before and optimizing the various actions of participants. As the role expected of us, who have been involved in spatial creation for over 70 years, becomes more complex and sophisticated, we will continue to take on the challenge of creating spaces for a new era by building a strong relationship with One to Ten, which has strengths in cutting-edge technologies such as XR and AI, in the field of spatial and experience creation, armed with a variety of solutions for "spatial DX".
Comment from Yoshiaki Sawabe, President and Chief Executive Ofcer of One to Ten

I launched the predecessor of One to Ten as a sole proprietorship in 1997. Over the past 20 years, the digitalization of two-dimensional media has progressed rapidly. I believe that over the next 20 years from 2020, the digitalization of the three-dimensional space in which we live will finally progress. This is an era in which cities and people are connected by data, and smart glasses will expand our sense of vision. I am confident that the collaboration between Tanseisha, a leader in spatial design with a long track record in the display industry, and One to Ten, which has a long track record in producing digital Produce with XR and AI as its strengths, will strongly promote "spatial digital transformation."
