Tanseisha has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on a strategic partnership with Wakamizu International Co., Ltd. (Head office: Taipei City, Taiwan, CEO: Chen Jie-ruh, hereinafter referred to as "FLOW"), a provider of BIM integrated services, in order to strengthen its BIM production system and create an environment where diverse human resources can thrive.
Through this partnership, FLOW aims to expand sales channels in the Japanese market and strengthen its business by accumulating interior BIM know-how based on its more than 10 years of experience with BIM in the Taiwanese construction industry, while Tanseisha will take BIM implementation to the next stage, such as establishing a production and utilization base and developing automation tools, and further strengthen the ties through BIM collaboration. In addition, through the exchange between the two companies, we will build an educational system for BIM data creation, human resource development, employment and training in teams that include people with disabilities, promote a work style that practices DE&I (※1) in the main business, and aim to create new value by improving productivity and promoting efficient business operations.

News Release
Background and outlook for the initiative
With the decline in the working population and globalization, there is a growing focus on improving productivity and utilizing diverse human resources and working styles, and collaboration with suppliers and flexible working styles using IT tools are more necessary than ever before. FLOW has a strong track record in providing BIM integration services, introducing efficient workflows and automation technologies. In addition, approximately 40% of employees working in BIM work have physical disabilities, and the company has a wealth of knowledge in creating environments and systems where everyone can work with a sense of fulfillment.
In its medium-term management plan, Tanseisha has positioned "developing the supply chain infrastructure" as a strategy, aiming to strengthen its production system, including BIM, and established Value Production Headquarters in February 2025 as the core of this promotion. The plan also includes the goal of making employees happy at work, and the entire company is working on this.
With this MOU, the two companies will share their knowledge and technology through BIM collaboration, and will achieve both expansion of BIM-related business orders and social mission from the perspective of DE&I. Through future efforts by the two companies, we aim to achieve results that will penetrate the entire interior design industry and contribute to improving productivity and utilizing diverse human resources.
*1: A concept that aims to create a workplace where each employee can grow and thrive by accepting people with diverse values (diversity) (inclusion) and providing fair opportunities and an equal environment (equity).

We believe that this partnership aims to solve the missions that we must address through BIM collaboration, such as the development of production infrastructure, digital transformation, and productivity improvement. We will continue to actively exchange ideas from the perspective of DE&I, and combine our "diverse individuality," an important factor of our purpose/value, to create spaces that move people's hearts.
