"Human Resource Development Project Exhibition 2025" will be held.

  • News Release

Tanseisha will hold the "Human Resources Development Project Exhibition 2025" at its headquarters Creative Meets from Tuesday, August 19th to Friday, August 29th, 2025, and at Kansai Branch (Osaka) Creative Meets from Tuesday, September 2nd to Friday, September 5th, 2025.

This year marks the 15th anniversary of this exhibition, which showcases the learning and growth of new employees through products created together with leading designers and first-class craftsmen in the "Product Production" program, a core program of the "Human Resources Development Project" that is undertaken as part of new employee training. This exhibition will also convey Tanseisha's approach and commitment to human resource development. This year, 10 teams will exhibit 10 products.

For this product production, the theme was "color."
The "Tansei" in our company name means "rich color," coming from the two basic colors of red and blue. The purpose we formulated last year, "Painting the future through space, bringing color to people and society," also incorporates the origin of our company name, and the Tanseisha Group continues to take on the challenge of creating spaces that move people, making use of our diverse individuality.
This time, we chose a theme that would provide an opportunity to think deeply about "color," which is also connected to our company name. Our new employees went back to the origin of this "color" and asked themselves, "What does 'color' mean to us?" and then worked on their creations. Please take a look at how each team interpreted the theme and created their products.

What is the Human Resource Development Project?

The Human Resource Development Project is an original practical training for new recruits that consists of "introduction training" and "work guide" to get to know the company and learn the basic knowledge necessary for business promotion, and "product production" to put manufacturing into practice. The purpose is to experience various difficulties through actual manufacturing, acquire basic knowledge according to the characteristics of the work, and prepare for practical work after assignment.
In the "product production" program, which is the core of this project, new recruits will work in teams to experience difficulties similar to those encountered in the real world, such as reaching consensus and building relationships with stakeholders, and managing quality, costs, and delivery dates. By overcoming these challenges as their own responsibility and seeing the product through to completion, new recruits will gain their first experience of success.
