Tanseisha to hold "Cho Bunkasai 2025," an event where young employees will present the results of their research into space and technology

Danseisha will hold the "Cho Bunkasai 2025," a three-day event to present the results of research activities in a "voluntary practice project" led by young employees who are expanding the possibilities of space through digital technology and ideas, at Konan Lab Mk_3, Danseisha's research, development, and demonstration center for spatial Spatial Production technology, from Wednesday, November 26th to Friday, November 28th, 2025.

Tanseisha's "Independent Practice Project" is an initiative to create new "experiential value" in the market, led by young employees of Cross Media Innovation Headquarters (Cross Media Innovation Center), a specialized team that maximizes and optimizes the value of spatial experiences, in collaboration with external partners. Since 2023, the company has been hosting the "Cho Bunkasai," a forum where people can experience solutions that combine ideas with devices and systems from a wide range of fields and take shape as research activities that expand digitally.

This year's theme, the third time the event is being held, is "BLOOM." The first event in 2023 was a "seed," the second in 2024 was "germination," and this year's theme is "flowering." The colorful flowers represent the desire to blossom based on the knowledge and experience gained from past efforts, as well as the individual personalities and individual research results.

As society undergoes major transformation and the meaning of space changes, Tanseisha will also strive to evolve further, taking on new challenges and expanding the new possibilities of space.

~The third event is themed on "BLOOM": Revealing the results of independent practice projects~

What is the “Independent Practice Project”?

Tanseisha's Cross Media Innovation Headquarters aims to create customer experience value by combining real space and digital technology. The "Independent Practice Project" has been promoted since 2021 by young employees of Cross Media Innovation Headquarters who think independently and take action with their own hands, with three objectives: "Experiment and demonstration of digital transformation of space," "Accelerated promotion and development of alliances," and "Development and strengthening of in-house human resources."

<Three pillars of the “Independent Practice Project”>

• 1. Experiments and demonstrations of digitally transforming space
  Using Tanseisha's office as a testing ground, we will undertake various challenges and, incorporating feedback from users who experience them, turn ideas into reality to create new value in the space.

• 2. Accelerating and developing alliances
  We will develop new external partners and use this project as a trial forum before participating in actual cases, actively engaging in collaboration and co-creation, and promoting open innovation.

• 3. Developing and strengthening in-house human resources
  The project will be driven by young employees, and will also be used as an opportunity to pass on the technical skills of senior employees and develop the next generation of talent.

Super Cultural Festival 2024

The event took place at Konan Lab Mark3 [Mk_3] over three days, from November 27th (Wed) to 29th (Fri), 2024. Six original pieces of content created specifically for Cho Bunkasai 2024 were exhibited, including "Telepre-kun: A Remote Inspection System of the Future," a game that utilizes Video and features immersive video created by combining multiple projectors and a projection system (with the cooperation of Nikon Creates, Interprograph, and YO YAMASAKI); and "Anyone☆Idol," a participatory media art piece that allows participants to act as idols or fans in front of a green screen, which is automatically combined with Video and effects of previous participants to create a live idol performance Video (with the cooperation of GRINDER-MAN). A total of over 400 people, including customers and media representatives, participated in the event.
