Under the auspices of the Japan Event Industry Promotion Association (JACE), Tansei Co., Ltd., in collaboration with 11 other companies, will launch the "Next Generation Leader Development Program," which will provide recommendations to management regarding work styles and careers unique to the event industry. Starting with the still small proportion of female managers and on-site leaders in the event industry, the program will involve a wide range of stakeholders, regardless of gender or position, in discussions. The aim is to promote the advancement of women in the event industry, increase the percentage of female managers, and ultimately lead to recommendations for a society where work-life balance is possible for all, regardless of gender or age, including caregiving and childcare responsibilities.
This initiative aims to not only address our company's challenges but also upgrade industry standards by creating a cross-industry framework. We will work towards sustainable development through respecting diverse working styles that support the entire event industry, and to fulfill our social responsibility.
