On Wednesday, April 1, 2026, Tanseisha held a joint entrance ceremony and President's Award ceremony for its seven group companies, featuring special Spatial Production to commemorate its 80th anniversary this year.

The event was held at "TOYOTA ARENA TOKYO" (Koto-ku, Tokyo), the home arena of "Alvark Tokyo," a team with whom we have an official partnership (gold partner) agreement for the 2025-26 season. This was a large-scale project in which our company handled the creation of hospitality areas and other spaces. We held this special event at this facility so that attendees could actually experience the real-world spaces we have created and realize their value and importance.
On that day, 60 new employees joining the four group companies, along with the presidents of each group company, the Award (2 teams and 2 individuals), and other employees gathered together. They viewed the space they had helped create as a "starting place" for their new colleagues, the new employees, and passed the baton to the next generation.

Background of the event and highlights of the day
This event was themed "TAKE THE BATON" and was planned as a ceremony befitting the milestone of our 80th anniversary. Current employees were invited to the event, where outstanding achievements were recognized, the attitudes of our predecessors towards creating spaces were shared, and the "professional skills and aspirations" that the Tanseisha Group has cultivated were passed on to the new employees. It was a grand event that served as a starting point for the next challenge, befitting our 80th anniversary.
1. A live, immersive ceremony Spatial Production that makes full use of the arena space.
The program unfolded with a "storyteller" narration reminiscent of a theme park attraction. As new employees entered, large screens, ribbon screens, and vibrant welcome messages from senior employees were displayed. Furthermore, the event featured a dynamic presentation utilizing the entire Production, Construction, showcasing our expertise as space Design, Layout professionals. This included live broadcasts from the "JAPAN AIRLINES TERRACE SUITE," an open Spatial Production where attendees could enjoy the excitement of the game and exceptional hospitality simultaneously, for which our company was responsible for area concept planning, design, and construction.
2. Part 1: Entrance Ceremony "TAKE THE BATON - The Starting Place -"
Following a top-down message from President and Director Osamu Kobayashi, the TOYOTA ARENA TOKYO project members shared their "Tansei STORY," the process of creating the space. They shared the struggles and joys behind the scenes of how this overwhelming entertainment complex was created, conveying the true appeal of working in space design to the new employees.
3. Part 2: President's Award Ceremony "TAKE THE BATON - The Inherited Challenge -"
We held a President's Award ceremony to recognize individuals and teams who achieved outstanding results in the first half of the year. The ceremony proceeded with a lively exchange between a storyteller and the award-winning employees, incorporating pre-event Video, and revealing the stories behind the project successes and the passionate feelings behind them.
This award ceremony celebrates the "values" embodied by the award recipients, and also aims to foster a deep understanding of those values among all participants, encouraging them to use this understanding as energy for their next challenges. Therefore, Spatial Production went beyond simply announcing the results, delving into the "process" that led to those results. The goal is to help new employees and other employees empathize with the recipients and more easily envision their own future. To embody this sentiment, the award recipients signed a special document called a "Value Record" along with their certificate of commendation, as proof that the values they cherish will be preserved for the future.
After the award-winning employees shared their insights into the essence of professional work, four new employee representatives stood before a large screen and powerfully declared their thoughts and aspirations. The "baton" passed on from their seniors was handed over to the next generation with unwavering determination.

Comment from Osamu Kobayashi, President Director of Tansei Co., Ltd.
This year, Tanseisha celebrates a significant milestone: its 80th anniversary. We are delighted to have been able to hold our group's new employee orientation and the President's Award ceremony at "TOYOTA ARENA TOKYO," a space we have personally contributed to creating, as the "place of beginnings" in this momentous year.
Our company believes that the diverse personalities and creativity of our employees are our most important management resources. Based on the idea that "work develops people," we have focused on supporting each individual's autonomous learning and growth, and creating an environment where everyone can maximize their potential as a "strong individual." We expect our new employees who have joined us this time to inherit the baton of professional skills and aspirations from their seniors and make a great contribution.
This year, we are preparing various initiatives to commemorate our 80th anniversary, leading up to our founding month in October. Together with our employees, we will continue to strive to create spaces that move people's hearts, guided by our purpose: "To envision the future from space, and to add color to people and society."
