Through "loose collaboration" that transcends company and industry boundaries and specific roles on this platform, Tanseisha will address challenges in space creation that cannot be solved by a single company alone. We will realize new sustainable solutions through practical co-creation that leverages each other's resources.

■ Background of the platform's launch

The environment surrounding space creation is currently undergoing a major transformation, and there is an urgent need to address multifaceted social issues, including global environmental challenges such as decarbonization and resource recycling, as well as regional challenges such as population decline and industrial decline. However, within the traditional, fixed relationship of "ordering and receiving," there are limitations to how we can approach these issues, making it difficult to achieve true problem-solving.
Therefore, Tanseisha believed that an open space was needed that transcended the existing business framework and allowed each party to leverage their unique strengths and resources. This platform was launched to freely combine the unique technologies and expertise of each Palette Partner company, much like paints on a palette, and to implement unprecedented new sustainable solutions into society.

■ The "Four Actions" Promoted by 'Sustainable Palette'

This platform aims to be more than just a place for information exchange; it strives to be a practical platform that emphasizes effectiveness.
Palette Partners can freely participate in the following four actions, depending on their business area and circumstances.

① Blue Try Angle (Co-creation Implementation Solution): [Creating Together]

"Blue Try Angle" logo

We aim to jointly develop and implement new sustainable solutions that meet the needs of society. By joining hands with partner companies possessing diverse expertise and strengths, Tanseisha will co-create products and solutions that go beyond mere ideas and concepts, and can be implemented in actual spaces.

② Green Circle (Circular Market): [Circulation]

We build and provide resource recycling schemes to sustain valuable spaces. From the perspective of space creation, we design processes that minimize waste and continuously circulate resources, including "4earth," a project that effectively utilizes interior building materials and furniture that have been discontinued due to technological advancements and changing trends.

③ Purple Square (Borderless Community): [Intersection]

This platform aims to share knowledge across organizational and industry boundaries and foster a culture of co-creation. Through opportunities to publish columns and articles showcasing your company's initiatives, and through networking events, you can connect with others and empower each other's activities.

④ Scarlet Diamond (Future Collaboratory): [Exploring]

"Scarlet Diamond" logo

This is an experimental site that promotes collaborative research and demonstration experiments to open up the possibilities of future spaces. It broadly documents and publishes challenges in new fields, including projects aimed at solving next-generation social issues such as neurodiversity and well-being. Through repeated prototyping and experimentation, we update the standards for creating future spaces.

Through these activities, participating Palette Partners can jointly promote "direct collaboration with various departments of Tanseisha," "social implementation and PR" through projects, and "the construction of a co-creation network" that transcends industry boundaries.

Comment from Yumiko Kiso, Project Leader 'Sustainable Palette'

We have launched "Sustainable Palette," a practical co-creation platform. We aim to transform the process of creating spaces in a sustainable way and to seriously address environmental and social issues. I myself intend to continue challenging myself while growing and transforming with flexible thinking and creativity.
This platform aims to transcend all boundaries of companies, regions, and technologies, and to co-create with like-minded individuals. Without being bound by specific obligations, we will respect each other's resources and implement what we can in a "loose collaboration" to implement sustainable solutions in society together and create a tangible social impact.
I am truly looking forward to creating a new future together with all of you.
