When will the payment documents be posted online (electronic transactions) and shipped?
Payment documents for Tanseisha's standard payments (payment at the end of the month following inspection) will be posted on the website for electronic transactions and sent to you for non-electronic transactions on the fifth business day of each month.
What is the safety and health cooperation fee?
These fees are collected to ensure the safety and health of workers on-site.
For orders that involve on-site construction, if the total exceeds 1 million yen, we will deduct 3/10,000 of the payment amount.
Is there an organization like a cooperative society?
There is a "Seiwakai Safety and Health Cooperation Association" made up of partner companies that do business with Tanseisha.
