    Regular maintenance

    By performing regular maintenance such as cleaning of air conditioning and ventilation equipment, flushing and cleaning of sanitary equipment pipes, inspection of electrical equipment, and inspection of Spatial Production equipment, we can maintain the quality of the space and contribute to extending the lifespan of each facility.

    Planned construction

    We will create the optimal system to meet your store investment plans based on your management strategy, such as replacing all fixtures at once or replacing sanitary fixtures in all stores at once.

    Material Procurement

    We will utilize Tanseisha's material procurement capabilities for furniture, lighting, etc. to help customers select and procure the materials they need by providing information on function and price comparisons, proposing alternative products, etc. We can also handle procurement and delivery of fixtures only, without construction work.

    Spatial Spatial Production equipment maintenance

    We provide regular inspections of Spatial Production systems and equipment for experience-based facilities, as well as emergency response. We also consider maintenance systems and budget plans, and create manuals.
