At our exhibition booth, you will be able to experience the "creation of moving experiences" that combines our company's accumulated know-how in "creating spaces" with technology and ideas such as ICT and Spatial Production techniques.

In addition, the exhibitor seminar will be titled "Urban development through public-private partnerships - Learning from the example of Minami Machida Granberry Park," and will feature two guests from Tokyu Malls Development Co., Ltd. and Machida city. They will discuss urban development through public-private partnerships using the example of Minami Machida Granberry Park, which opened in November 2019.

Contents Minami-Machida Granberry Park, a major project that Tokyu Corporation and Machida city have been working on for approximately five and a half years since 2014, was opened on November 13, 2019 as a public-private partnership project to develop a commercial facility and park together.
How did the two parties advance their collaborative project to seamlessly connect stations, commercial facilities, museums, and urban parks, and to create an attractive "town" that blends nature with vitality?
We will welcome as guests Tokyu Malls Development Co., Ltd. and two people from Machida City who promoted this project, and our company, which participated in the project together, will discuss the urban development that is being carried out through public-private partnerships.
