Niina Hara, an athlete employee of our company and a member of the women's rugby team "PEARLS," will retire from active competition at the end of March 2021. Thank you very much for your warm support and encouragement up to now.
The 7th National Women's Rugby Football Championship was held at Paloma Mizuho Rugby Stadium (Nagoya City) on Sunday, February 21, 2021, and this tournament was the team's last official match.
Due to the impact of COVID-19, the tournament was held under special rules in which the Kanto and Kansai representative teams competed in only one match, but the PEARLS participated as the Kansai representative, defeating the Kanto representative, the Morning Bears, 41-10 to become the champions. The PEARLS became the first 15-player women's rugby team to win the national championship, and Hara was able to finish on a high note.

Hara in action in the final match
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all those involved who worked hard to make the event happen under difficult circumstances, as well as to the players and staff of both teams.
We will continue to support PEARLS as a family sponsor and contribute to society through sports.
Even after his retirement, Hara will remain affiliated with our company and will continue to take on the challenge of acquiring new knowledge and qualifications, while also using his experience as an athlete to contribute to the organization, the local community, and society.
