Danshosha will be exhibiting at the SC Business Fair 2022, which will be held at Pacifico Yokohama (Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture) from Wednesday, January 26th to Friday, January 28th, 2022.
The "SC Business Fair" is the only exhibition in the SC (shopping center) industry organized by the Japan Shopping Center Association. It is used as a place for developers, tenants, and related companies to exchange information and hold business negotiations.
At our exhibition booth, we will be introducing new initiatives that Tanseisha has created together with our stakeholders and partners.
Additionally, the exhibitor seminar will feature a talk session entitled "Creating new-age stores through open innovation – through the holding of the Next-Generation Store Idea Contest," in which two guests from Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. and Adastria Co., Ltd., who served as judges, will discuss the theme of the contest, "Creating new-normal stores for the next era."

Contents | As attention is focused on new-age keywords such as technology, digital, and sustainability, and the way society functions is on the verge of changing, Tanseisha held the "NEXSTO Next Generation Store Idea Contest 2021," to widely solicit ideas for "next-generation stores" that have the potential to become reality in the future. We welcomed our clients as judges for this contest, which explored the possibility of incorporating excellent ideas into stores, and what we learned from it, and what the future holds for stores in the future. We will look back on the contest together with the three judges from Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd., Adastria Co., Ltd., and Royal Holdings Co., Ltd. |

Commercial Facilities Headquarters Commercial Facilities Sales Division 1 Sales Planning Group Leader After graduating from Waseda University in 1995, he joined Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. After gaining experience in residential development and corporate sales, he was in charge of commercial facility development in the city center, commercial facility management in the Kansai area, and suburban commercial Leasing. He is currently working in the Commercial Facilities Headquarters, exploring new sales methods in the COVID-19 market and developing sales infrastructure and resources.

Store Design Department Manager After graduating from Musashino Art University in 2001, he worked at an Architectural Design firm and the Five Fox Design Department before joining Trinity Arts Co., Ltd. in 2007, and taking up his current post after the company merger in 2015. The company operates around 1,200 stores nationwide, including Global Work, Niko and, and Lowrys Farm, and is responsible for the management of the department, coming up with design concepts and supporting brand strengthening from interior design.

![]() TANSEISHA Co., Ltd. Design Center Principal Creative Director After joining the company in 1988, he began his career in store design for the food and beverage industry. After working on spatial Direction for fashion buildings and commercial complexes, as well as large-scale exhibition pavilions overseas, Direction the design of Tanseisha's new Shinagawa headquarters in 2015. In addition to spatial design for offices and hotels, he has continued to take on a wide range of challenges across fields, including designing the 2020-series Denentoshi Line trains.

Cross Media Innovation Headquarters Spatial Media Marketing Division Head of Space Media Produce Department/Chief Producer After joining the company in 1999, he was involved in creating spaces in a wide range of fields as a sales representative, and in 2017 he participated in the launch of the Cross Media Incubate Center (now Cross Media Innovation Headquarters), which aims to create experiential value by combining spatial creation know-how and technology. He regards space as a medium for experience, and is currently working to create moving experiences by combining space creation know-how with technology and ideas, aiming to create spaces that contribute to corporate and regional branding and social innovation.

As a researcher, he is involved in investigating advanced cases of cultural Tourism both in Japan and overseas, consulting for local governments and companies, and planning and running various seminars and workshops. ・Next-generation store idea contest: We are calling for ideas on the theme of "Let's think about the new normal stores of the next era." We will promote open innovation to create next-generation stores together with our clients.
・NFT Art x Commercial Facilities: By utilizing NFTs (non-fungible tokens) and incorporating art into the space, new experiential value will be created in commercial facilities.
DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
- Use of BIM (Building Information Modeling): By adding various information to 3D models created on a computer, work efficiency is improved and consensus building among stakeholders is facilitated.
・Facility Life Support: We use a unique system to centrally manage maintenance information for stores and facilities and identify trends, offering suggestions for eliminating unnecessary maintenance and minimizing lost business opportunities.
SDGs
・"For Earth" an e-commerce site specializing in discontinued products: With the support of many manufacturers, we make effective use of discontinued products, reducing the generation of industrial waste and CO2 emissions.
MATERIALS
- "Posica Clear Film," a window film that will make the world more beautiful: a new material that focuses on sensitivity, jointly developed as the first collaboration with Mitsui Chemicals, Inc.
SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE
・ Architectural Design and construction initiatives: We propose reusable solutions that take into consideration the know-how we have cultivated in large-scale commercial facilities, system architecture, and environmental impact.
