Tanseisha will be exhibiting at the KENTEN2022, a comprehensive exhibition of building materials and housing equipment, to be held at INTEX Osaka (Suminoe-ku, Osaka City) from Thursday, June 9th to Friday, June 10th, and will be speaking at a seminar that can be attended at the event.

The "KENTEN 2022 Comprehensive Building Materials and Housing Equipment Exhibition" is an exhibition and trade fair organized by the Japan Building Materials Association, the Nihon Keizai Shimbun, and TV Osaka that aims to bring "architecture," which is closely linked to "daily life" through building materials, housing equipment, and other such things, closer to people and propose "new" values to revitalize the industry.

At our exhibition booth, we will be introducing "4earth", a select shop of discontinued items.

Contents The promotion of digital transformation is accelerating in corporate activities, and there is a demand for a sustainable society. The seminar will introduce the current state of BIM design in the display industry with examples. We will invite a guest from Autodesk, a global leader in design and design software, to discuss the importance of collaboration that transcends industry boundaries.

Japan Regional Sales Head, Construction and Civil Engineering Sales Headquarters Account Manager

He currently works at the Japanese subsidiary of Autodesk, a global company that started out with the design software "AutoCAD" and now offers the BIM software "Revit," which is used by many companies both in Japan and overseas. In addition to providing software, he is also in charge of a wide range of support for the promotion of DX/BIM at major domestic construction companies, including strategy planning, system building, and marketing.

After joining the company in 1992, he was involved in interior design in the commercial field, including restaurants, apparel, retail stores, amusement facilities, and Environmental Design for large commercial facilities. From 2005 to 2007, he was stationed in Beijing, China, where he served as the design manager for a consolidated subsidiary. As director of the BIM Promotion Department, which was newly established last year, he is involved in promoting the use of BIM to all stakeholders and training engineers. He is also actively involved as the manager of the BIM Promotion Committee, a company-wide organization.

Graduated from Kyushu Institute of Design, Faculty of Design, Department of Industrial Design in 1997.
We mainly operate in retail, food and beverage, and service commercial facilities.
In recent years, in pursuit of greater efficiency Execution Design, the company has been working on cutting-edge, high-quality design work, including interior design using BIM (Building Information Modeling).

Joined the company in 1996 and worked in the sales department, mainly in electronics retail stores and online sales, product planning, etc. Starting this fiscal year, he has also been in charge of the Business Strategy Office, planning and running public relations, sales promotion, events, etc., as well as disseminating information both inside and outside the company as a member of the company's SDGs promotion team.

With a focus on museums, he has worked on a wide range of facilities, including those for the environment, disaster prevention, children, and earthquake disaster facilities, all of which are centered on the public. He is strongly committed to establishing a context that connects the theme of each facility to the spatial design, and to creating spaces that have a broad range of messages and activities. He is currently traveling around the country with the motto of "creating facilities that people will want to visit again and again."

After gaining experience in project management for commercial facilities, he is now engaged in new business development. He is working on new projects in collaboration with other industries. This spring, he will collaborate with various manufacturers to launch "4earth," an e-commerce site specializing in discontinued building and decorative materials.
