Tanseisha invests in Pixie Dust Technologies to strengthen collaboration
- Utilizing the know-how of both companies, accelerating efforts to combine wave control technology with spatial and experience creation -

Background to strengthening cooperation

Tanseisha began collaborating with PXDT in 2019, centering on Cross Media Innovation Headquarters (*1), a specialized team that maximizes and optimizes the value of spatial experiences. In 2021, the two companies signed a memorandum of understanding on a business partnership to improve the value provided by promoting spatial DX (digital transformation) (*2), and continue to create businesses and develop solutions that leverage the technologies and know-how of both companies. As part of the two companies' efforts, in October 2023, they began offering FAC+ (Factus), a service that combines spatial data analysis and design to maximize spatial value by providing a one-stop service from identifying spatial issues to proposing solutions (*3), which has led to the creation of concrete businesses.
In order to further advance these efforts and pursue new possibilities for space and experience by utilizing PXDT's "wave control technology (= technology that controls the swells and changes of the senses)" in Tanseisha's "spatial and experience creation (= media creation that incorporates all senses)," we have decided to invest in PXDT at the time of its IPO. In addition, by supporting PXDT's activities, we also aim to support the technological development activities originating from academia, which are the seeds for these activities, and to support the future of spatial creation in the future.

Technology has always created new value in creating spaces and experiences. Technology evolves vertically, and the role of the spaces we create will change with the times. Even in the future, as society continues to evolve and change at an even faster pace, we hope to continue contributing to social innovation and moving forward together toward an exciting future by combining PXDT, which promotes "Digitally Rebalanced" through research and development of wave control technology in various fields, with Tanseisha's spatial creation know-how that has been cultivated for over 70 years. Please look forward to the future activities of both companies.
