Yusuke Tokumaru
General Affairs Section Manager, General Affairs Department, Corporate Planning Headquarters
After working in the Human Resources Department, he was transferred to the General Affairs Department. He participated in the head office relocation project launched in 2013. After the head office relocation in 2015, he also promoted Kansai Branch (Osaka) relocation project in 2017. As work styles change dramatically in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, he is working to build a distributed network office that takes into consideration productivity improvement and well-being.

Rei Yamaoka
General Affairs Department Manager, Corporate Planning Headquarters
Joined the company as a sales representative and gained experience in Project Management for creating spaces such as commercial facilities and Showrooms. Obtained an MBA while raising children. After working in the planning department, as the head of the public relations department, she learned the importance of disseminating information from both offensive and defensive perspectives through the relocation of the head office and the change of president. As the head of the general affairs department from 2022, she will work on crisis management such as disaster prevention from a BCM perspective, as well as offensive strategic general affairs such as office updates as changes in work styles and communication accelerate in the post-COVID era.

Junichi Takahashi
Group Leader, Design Group, BIM Design Department, Design Center
He is primarily responsible for creating spaces for large commercial complexes such as shopping centers, stations, airports, and redevelopment projects. He is skilled at refining designs along with MD plans from the development stage. He is always conscious of "commercial spaces that make the city better," and works closely with clients right up until the opening to create the space. At the same time, as the person responsible for promoting BIM in the design department, he not only manages the introduction of BIM to projects, but also disseminates information both inside and outside the company. He is leading BIM efforts in the display industry.
