Tanseisha will be exhibiting at the SC Business Fair 2025, which will be held at Pacifico Yokohama (Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture) from Wednesday, January 22nd to Friday, January 24th, 2025.
The "SC Business Fair" is the only exhibition in the SC (shopping center) industry organized by the Japan Shopping Center Association. It is used as a place for developers, tenants, and related companies to exchange information and hold business negotiations.
At this exhibition booth, we will introduce our new "Purpose" for 2024, as well as exhibit our efforts to create an environment that is conducive to innovation.
At the exhibition of the "Tanseisha Space Awards," which is sponsored by our company and which considers the potential of space and the future of space, you can see the winning works of 2024. In addition, we will introduce the "Super Culture Festival," an event to present the results of research activities of "Independent Practice Projects" led by young employees who expand the possibilities of space with digital and ideas, held by Cross Media Innovation Headquarters," a specialized team that maximizes and optimizes the value of spatial experiences, and an experiential exhibition of the digital interactive sports game "AIR Air Hockey." In addition, we will introduce "terminal.0 HANEDA," a hub for open innovation research and development that was opened in 2024 by Japan Airport Terminal Co., Ltd., which is contracted by point0 Co., Ltd., a company in which we are involved, to support co-creation activities.
The booth was also constructed using building materials made from recycled work clothes that were scheduled to be discarded by our company, achieving a sustainable booth design.
