Tanseisha will be exhibiting at the SC Business Fair 2026, which will be held at Pacifico Yokohama (Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture) from Wednesday, January 21st to Friday, January 23rd, 2026.
The "SC Business Fair" is the only exhibition in the SC (shopping center) industry organized by the Japan Shopping Center Association. It is used as a place for developers, tenants, and related companies to exchange information and hold business negotiations.
At our booth this time, we will be showcasing our achievements and initiatives, as well as exhibiting plywood produced through the sustainable co-creation project "(tentative name) Shingohan," in which we are participating. After the event, the exhibited plywood has been designed so that it can be used as a bench by stacking it, realizing a sustainable booth design that allows for upcycling.
The exterior wall displays the commemorative logo and slogan created to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the company's founding this year, as well as the thoughts behind them.
The exhibition will feature "Our Relationship with the Osaka-Kansai Expo," which will introduce our company's first-ever exhibit at the Osaka-Kansai Expo held last year, as well as the pavilions we helped with; the achievements of "TOYOTA ARENA TOKYO," Japan's top entertainment complex that opened in October last year; an introduction to the co-creation project "(tentative name) Shingohan," which is also being used in the exhibition; and our solutions and new businesses.
The theme of the exhibition is "expandability of scope," which will utilize our company's comprehensive strengths in new SC businesses by combining various achievements and solutions.
