(*2) In this WELL certification renewal review, the evaluation improved, with the "WELL Innovation" item in the "Innovation" category receiving 6 points (*3), the highest ever in Japan, thanks to solutions born from collaboration/co-creation between companies, and our efforts as a participating company also led to additional points, greatly contributing to the acquisition of the Platinum rank.

WELL Certified Platinum Rank Certificate

"point 0 marunouchi" is a co-working space where 18 companies from different industries and fields have come together to conduct various demonstration experiments with the common keyword of redefining "work." In 2020, it achieved the Gold rank of WELL certification (*4). In this renewal audit, it achieved full marks in the "mind" and "community" categories, and the efforts of participating companies to realize well-being and the results of collaboration and co-creation between companies led to the achievement of the Platinum rank.

At "point 0 marunouchi," we contributed to obtaining the certification by combining our know-how in space creation with digital technologies such as AI and data to create new value, such as updating the office by introducing art based on demonstration experiments and improving mutual understanding among participating companies through a knowledge management tool that utilizes generative AI. Going forward, we will continue to take on various challenges at "point 0 marunouchi," a place of co-creation, and use the know-how we have cultivated in spatial planning, design, and Spatial Production to create better office spaces together with other companies. We will also work on new spatial proposals, improving spatial value, and developing services for space creation, with an eye toward applying our technology to other spaces.

Updating the office environment by introducing art into the workplace based on a demonstration experiment
The results of analyses based on motion sensors, mood measurement systems, and questionnaires were used as evidence to introduce art into the workplace. This enabled the creation of an environment that was tailored to the needs of each office user, improving productivity and providing mental fulfillment.
Art not only improves the comfort of the workplace, but also updates individual environments that can be selected according to the nature of work, mood, and preferences, such as for stressful online conferences and tasks that require concentration, thereby contributing to improving value such as peace of mind, relaxation, motivation, and creativity.

Installation of special window film "Pozica® Clear™ Film" that makes the scenery look natural and colorful
This window film, jointly developed with Mitsui Chemicals using their "Kukiri™ Dye" technology, makes the scenery appear more vivid. By selectively filtering out yellow light, it has the effect of making blue skies, oceans, white clouds, green trees, red flowers, etc. appear more vivid, and the outlines of letters appear clearer. When asked about the scenery seen from a window with the film applied, 94% of people on a sunny day and 85% on a slightly cloudy or cloudy day said that the scenery looked vivid and natural, and we were able to confirm the positive effect on mood.
