Tanseisha will hold the "Human Resource Development Project Exhibition 2026" from October 13th (Tue) to October 23rd (Fri) and from October 27th (Tue) to October 30th (Fri), 2026.
This exhibition showcases the learning and growth of new employees through "product creation," the core program of our original practical new employee training "Human Resource Development Project," and conveys our commitment to human resource development. This year, the 16th edition of the exhibition, the theme is "Core," and products created by 10 teams composed of new employees from various job functions will be exhibited at our head office and Kansai branch. During the exhibition period, our head office will also host an event to commemorate our 80th anniversary (*). By experiencing Tanseisha's 80-year history and the culture we have cultivated, and by linking this event with various stakeholders to envision the future, we will embody our stated "Purpose/Reason for Existence" and "Values/Our Values."
Currently, along with societal changes such as the dramatic advancements in generative AI, the assumptions, methods, and processes of design and manufacturing are also undergoing significant transformations. On the other hand, formulating questions, taking action, and taking responsibility for choices are essential attitudes required not only of new employees but of all members of society. The new employees engaged in sincere dialogues with external designers and partner companies, questioning "what is important" in manufacturing and confronting their own core values. Please come and see the trajectory of the products that were woven together through trial and error and the many lessons learned.

News Release
■What is the Human Resource Development Project?
The Human Resources Development Project is Tanseisha's original new employee training program, consisting of "Introductory Training" and "Work Manual" to help employees get to know the company and input the basic knowledge necessary for their work, and "Product Creation" to output their knowledge in a practical format.
In the "Product Creation" program, the core of this project, new employees form mixed-job teams and engage in practical work-like activities such as reaching consensus with stakeholders, building relationships, and managing quality, cost, and deadlines. The aim is to provide them with foundational knowledge relevant to their respective roles by experiencing design concept work and the entire manufacturing process, preparing them for their assignments. As new employees face various challenges, they gain valuable experience and learn from the trial and error process of completing a product while working as a team.
