The Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum East Building, for which we were involved in Display Planning, Design, Layout, Production, Construction won the iF DESIGN AWARD 2018.
Based in Hannover (Germany), iF International Forum Design is the world's longest-standing independent design organization, and each year it selects outstanding designs and presents them with the iF DESIGN AWARD. This year, 63 design experts rigorously reviewed over 6,400 submitted designs from 54 countries and regions, and the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum East Building was awarded the iF DESIGN AWARD in the Public Interiors category.
The Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum East Building has received high acclaim, receiving various domestic awards including the Grand Prize of the DSA KUKAN DESIGN AWARD 2017, the Grand Prize of the 36th Display Industry Award Awards (2017), and the Sign Design Encouragement Award at the 51st Japan Sign Design Awards, as well as the Grand Prize in the Museum/Gallery category of the 2017 Best of Year Awards (USA).
This marks the second consecutive year that our company Award, following last year's win for the Fujinokuni Museum of Earth Environmental History.
Going forward, we will continue to keep in mind the perspective of those who will use the space and work to create rich spaces that can contribute to our customers' businesses.

The iF DESIGN AWARD has been one of the most authoritative design awards in the world for 65 years, and the iF logo is widely recognized as a symbol of excellent design. The awards are divided into seven categories: product, packaging, communication, service design/UX, architecture, interior design, and professional concept.
All winning designs will be published in the iF WORLD DESIGN GUIDE and the iF design app, and will be exhibited at the iF design exhibition Hamburg in Hamburg, Germany.
