Received the Display Industry Award (2018)

  • Notice

We are pleased to announce that the Mt. Fuji World Heritage Center in Shizuoka Prefecture, for which we helped create the space, has won the Display Industry Grand Prize (Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Award) at the 37th Display Industry Award (2018) (sponsored by the Japan Display Association).
Additionally, "THE LANDMARK SQUARE OSAKA," for which we also helped create the space, received the Display Industry Encouragement Award (Japan Display Federation Award), and "Hervé Chapelier Kyoto Annex" and "JA Hyogo Rokko Mikage JA General Center" were also selected.

This award is a well-known honor in the industry, and is given to those who have contributed to the promotion of the display industry. We would like to express our gratitude to our customers who gave us this opportunity, as well as to everyone who helped us along the way.

Going forward, we will continue to keep in mind the perspective of those who will use the space and work to create rich spaces that can contribute to our customers' businesses.

The "upside-down Fuji" exhibition building, along with the reflection of Fuji on the water's surface, contrast and harmony with the real Mt. Fuji, evoke the image of flying into the heavens, spreading out to the world, and permeating the local community. We believe that the visitor numbers, which were twice as many as expected, will make the center a new symbol of the local area, and that the experiences here will deepen people's feelings about Mt. Fuji. We hope that this award will lead to the center's further development.
