Tanseisha has developed a new digital mirror called "MYCLO" (hereinafter referred to as MYCLO), which takes pictures of customers trying on products in-store, compares and saves the pictures, and allows customers to access the history from their smartphones.
"MYCLO" is an original digital mirror that we created to solve the problems faced by users (customers) and stores/manufacturers. We developed it by combining our unique perspective and know-how gained through our involvement in the creation of commercial facilities such as apparel stores, retail stores, and specialty stores with Digital Contents technology.
"MYCLO" uses a high-resolution camera to take and compare multiple images, including the front, side, and back, which eliminates the need for users to repeatedly try on the same item and allows for smooth product selection. By linking the product tag information (barcode, QR code, etc.) with the EC site, users can view product information posted on the EC site from the mirror image, check and purchase product variations, and compare and consider products from past photo history. It also supports access from smartphones, allowing users to discuss and consider product purchases with friends and acquaintances in remote locations by sharing images, and products can be purchased immediately from anywhere on the EC site. In addition, by accumulating images of try-on and purchases, it can be used as a personal closet (my closet) that can be carried around on a smartphone.
In addition to increasing the added value of brick-and-mortar stores and guiding customers with the expandable fitting device, stores and manufacturers can communicate more closely with users, such as understanding their preferences from their fitting history and making product suggestions and coordination advice. In addition, fitting images can increase the number of times customers try on products and collect data on the number of times they purchase products, leading to subsequent sales promotions and service development. MYCLO's specifications and functions can be customized for each store, and it can be installed in fitting rooms and sales floors, and can also be introduced in small stores as an in-store mirror.
We will continue to develop new solutions to solve the problems of users and business owners.

*For a limited time, you can experience a demonstration of the actual machine in the reception area of Tanseisha's head office (MINATO CITY).
