Tanseisha will hold "Super Culture Festival 2026," an event showcasing the research results of its "Independent Practice Project," led by young employees that expands the possibilities of space with digital technology and ideas, at "Konan Lab Mark Three [Mk_3]," Tanseisha's research and development and demonstration base for spatial Spatial Production technology, for four days from November 24th (Tue) to 27th (Fri), 2026.
Tanseisha's "Independent Practice Project" is an initiative that creates new "experiential value" in the market by collaborating with external partners, primarily led by young employees of Cross Media Innovation Headquarters (Cross Media Innovation Center), a specialized team dedicated to maximizing and optimizing the value of spatial experiences. Since 2023, they have been holding the "Super Cultural Festival" as a venue to bring together solutions that embody research activities that combine ideas with equipment and systems from a wide range of fields and extend them digitally, allowing people to experience them.
For its fourth year, this year's event is themed "KANKAKU LAB," and will feature the creation and exhibition of interactive content. Beyond simply displaying finished works, the theme embodies the passionate experimental spirit of the production team, exploring the limits of how much the fusion of space and cutting-edge technology can stimulate people's five senses and emotions. ■ What is the "Independent Practice Project"?
Tanseisha's Cross Media Innovation Headquarters aims to create customer experience value by pursuing the intersection of real space and digital technology. The "Independent Practice Project" has been promoted since 2021, primarily by young employees of Cross Media Innovation Headquarters, who take initiative and work hands-on, with three objectives: "experimentation and demonstration of digital transformation of space," "accelerated promotion and development of alliances," and "internal talent development and strengthening."

- 1. Experiments and demonstrations to digitally transform space.
Using Tanseisha's office as a testing ground, we tackle various challenges, feeding back user feedback to the company, and realizing ideas to create new value in the space.
- 2. Accelerating and developing alliances
We will cultivate new external partners and actively collaborate and co-create with them, using this project as a trial ground before full-scale participation, thereby promoting open innovation.
- 3. Development and strengthening of internal human resources
We will drive projects forward with young employees at the forefront, while also utilizing them as opportunities for senior employees to pass on their technical skills, thereby fostering the next generation of talent.

Held over three days from November 26th (Wed) to 28th (Fri), 2025, at "Konan Lab Mark Three [Mk_3]," the event, themed "BLOOM," showcased four original contents created specifically for "Super Culture Festival 2025," including the game content "Kikoema Sushi," which allows users to experience highly directional speakers, and the XR content "Dive into the tales ~Alice in Wonderland~," which uses a head-mounted display. Over 400 people, including business partners and media representatives, experienced the events.
